Integrated Faxing

Integrated Faxing Now you can manage all of your email and faxing from one-central location: MagnetMail. In addition to quickness, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, faxing from MagnetMail provides these benefits:

  • Integrated tracking - Receive integrated tracking reports covering the disposition of both email and fax communications, and
  • Back up for failed communications - The system can provide a back up system for failed communications. For example, if fax fails for any reason, MagnetMail sends an email. Conversely, if an email bounces, the system sends the recipient a fax.

The fax process is easy: simply create a fax document using your preferred publication software (e.g. Adobe PDF or Postscript, Microsoft Word, Excel, or Publisher); click the "upload fax" button in MagnetMail's design tool; associate the fax with a group (just as you would with your email); and click send.

You can use MagnetMail to send e-mails only, faxes only, or a mix of email and faxes.
