The actual distribution of emails is a simple 5-step process:
- Select
the E-mail you want to distribute
- Associate
it with a group or groups who will receive the email
- Insert
an E-mail address in the "from" line (this can be any E-mail address)
- Create
a "subject line"
- Schedule
a time for delivery or click "Send"
Fail-safe
features are built into MagnetMail to ensure to the greatest extent possible
that every recipient receives a properly formatted email, once. These
mechanisms include:
- Browser
Detection, which detects the type of browser a recipient has (HTML-enabled,
text-only, or AOL) and delivers a properly formatted message
- Duplicate-Prevention,
which ensures no user receives the same E-mail more than once.
